Includes: weekly video lessons, live Q&A, printable workbook.
2. Conscious Transitions
(6 wks)
Map your phase (Finish–Flow–Found), release patterns, and anchor habits with the Alinea 3×3 method.
Includes: guided practices, community support, integration sessions.
3. Kabbalah & Life Decisions
(4 wks)
Core Kabbalah principles applied to decisions, relationships, and purpose—enriched by AJU foundations, Astrology, and Channeling.

Behind Horizons of Light
Jaime Melendez is a Life & Career Coach, Spiritual Leader, and former international business executive who brings over 20 years of experience in strategy, leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration to his work in human transformation.
After more than two decades advising SMEs, government agencies, and trade organizations across Latin America— and serving as Chile’s Trade Commissioner in Chicago—Jaime shifted his focus inward, integrating a deep personal journey with mysticism, Kabbalah, Astrology, and Spiritual Channeling.
Today, he empowers individuals and organizations to align purpose, passion, and performance through a blend of business wisdom and spiritual insight. His talks and workshops guide people to rediscover authenticity, navigate transitions, and lead from a place of inner coherence.
A former president and owner of RIMCO Foods (recognized as Corporation of the Year 2008 by the U.S. MBDA Agency), Jaime also holds a B.S. in Industrial Electrical Engineering and Marketing from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, and an MBA in International Marketing from Loyola University Chicago.
He is currently launching a series of courses, eBooks, and experiential workshops designed to help others connect strategy and soul, leading a new paradigm of conscious leadership.
